Firm Overview
About Texas Land Firm
Texas Land Firm is a Central Texas-based land brokerage and development firm serving landowners, builders, developers, and investors.
We represent landowners in the sale of development land, sell finished and entitled lots to builders, facilitate commercial land transactions, and act as buyer representatives for developers and investment groups seeking strategic acquisitions.
In addition to brokerage, we actively develop residential lots and provide entitlement and fee development services for builders seeking disciplined project execution.
Our work is built on relationships within the regional development community and a practical understanding of how land moves from acquisition through delivery.
Jack Parker specializes in commercial and development land brokerage across Central and Southeast Texas, advising landowners, developers, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of residential, mixed-use, and commercial sites.
With experience in structuring and negotiating complex land transactions, Jack focuses on market positioning, pricing strategy, and navigating the contractual and municipal landscape required to move projects toward closing. His background includes representation of regional and national developers, private investment groups, and long-term landowners throughout high-growth corridors.
A graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a licensed broker since 2016, Jack is a CCIM designee known for his analytical rigor and relationship-driven approach. He is particularly active in the Bryan–College Station market, where he leverages deep local knowledge and long-standing industry relationships to create measurable value for his clients.
