Jack Parker is a Co-Founder and Broker of Texas Land Firm, where he specializes in land brokerage, development strategy, and investment advisory throughout Texas. He works with landowners, builders, developers, investors, and businesses to identify opportunities and maximize the value of land assets across a wide range of property types.
His experience includes the acquisition and disposition of development land, commercial sites, residential communities, investment properties, and strategic land holdings. By combining market expertise with a practical understanding of development, entitlement, and investment, Jack helps clients navigate complex transactions while positioning properties for long-term success.
Known for his analytical approach, disciplined negotiation, and relationship-driven philosophy, Jack has represented regional and national homebuilders, private investment groups, developers, and long-term landowners throughout some of Texas' fastest-growing markets.
Jack earned his degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and became a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker in 2016. He holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, recognizing advanced expertise in commercial real estate investment and financial analysis.

Jake Lee, MLPD
Jake Lee is a Partner and Co-Founder of Texas Land Firm, specializing in land brokerage, development strategy, and investment opportunities throughout Texas. He works closely with landowners, developers, builders, and investors to identify opportunities, create value, and guide complex land transactions from acquisition through disposition.
With a development-focused background, Jake brings a practical understanding of how land moves from raw acreage to successful projects. His experience includes development land acquisitions, land assemblages, entitlement coordination, residential communities, build-to-rent projects, mixed-use developments, and strategic land planning. By combining brokerage expertise with development insight, he helps clients evaluate the highest and best use of every property while structuring transactions that align with market conditions, timing, and long-term objectives.
Jake earned a Master of Land and Property Development and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. His education, combined with hands-on experience in brokerage and development, allows him to approach every assignment with a disciplined understanding of land valuation, feasibility, entitlement strategy, and project execution.
